WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE. I PRIMARILY REPRESENT CLIENTS IN AHWATUKEE FOOTHILLS, TEMPE, CHANDLER, GILBERT, MESA, QUEEN CREEK, OCOTILLO AND OTHER SOUTHEST VALLEY AREAS OF THE VALLEY OF THE SUN AS WELL AS PHOENIX AND MOST OTHER MARICOPA COUNTY CITIES. I have earned ABR (accredited buyer representative), CDPE (certified distressed property expert), CRS (certified residential specialist), GRI (graduate Realtor® institute), and e-Pro (electronic/internet professional) designations. I specialize in representing my clients with the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property. I have been a full-time Realtor® in the Phoenix metropolitan area since 1989. My knowledge and experience with the local real estate market, as well as the use of my unique "Listing and Sales Strategy" assures each client the highest level of service possible in the industry. I adhere to the highest professional standards with every real estate transaction, whether it be a short sale, REO transaction, or traditional sale. To tell you a little about my personal background, I began my sales career working weekends in my family's retail clothing store in Spokane, Washington. After three years of college in Seattle, my curious nature led me into information gathering for insurance companies. In the mid-1980's, having moved to Boise, Idaho, I decided to go back to school and graduated with Honors from Boise State University. I then went to work for a "start-up" electronics firm that manufactured LCD "fish-finders" and was their customer service manager until my husband relocated to Phoenix in 1987. In my first full year as a Realtor®, I was honored as top new agent in my office and my local MLS association has recognized my achievements every year with its Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Producer awards. My second full-time job has been raising two children with my husband, Stu. I have always considered my family to be an integral part of my real estate business. Our cats and dogs have also been an important part of the family over the years. ALLOW ME TO BE OF SERVICE TO YOU.
